never say never in Thailand! 55,, but i think if you invest in Thailand, you should already know what you are getting yourself into.

I wonder if you have used the treaty to purchase your land, and for some reason or another thailand decides to stop the treaty , what happens to your assets/land. Thailand , doesnt have the best consistency in their foreign relations and they tend to change with the wind. However, this one seems to have been in place since 1966.. still could see thailand changing their politics very easily.

yes. That is what I have been told. I had a thai drivers license but couldn't renew it during covid in bkk. When I was back at my home ctry I got an intl license from my one back at home. So far it has worked for what I need and accepted in bkk. Haven't tried it other places

Can u not just use an intl drivers license?
