I have seen people receiving a second back to back Tourist Visa, but at the moment , no one can confirm. It is up to the Officer in the Thai Embassy. You can apply, in case you get denied you can get the 30 day entry stamp.

I am disappointed at OP that provided close to zero information in her question, leaving us guessing and question.
