I have seen people receiving a second back to back Tourist Visa, but at the moment , no one can confirm. It is up to the Officer in the Thai Embassy. You can apply, in case you get denied you can get the 30 day entry stamp.

I am disappointed at OP that provided close to zero information in her question, leaving us guessing and question. if the OP move to another country and not plan to come back, just leave by airport and the current extension (without reentry) will be voided. However if you plan to come back and start taking up Employment than you have to void work permit and extension before you leave.
