very difficult to cancel and get refund with a cheap ticket. Just have to accept it as money lost

very difficult /impossible to get refund from budget airline ....not even worth the effort trying just have to accept the loss

it should be the airlines responsibility to notify the client if an onward ticket is required ...I am fed up with the ad hoc arbitrary way this requirement is implemented ....sometimes i front up at the check in counter to be told I need onward ticket ....next time no requirement . It drives me mad !!!

yes this seems to be up to the airline whether they ask for return .. .I've been over thirty times and only been asked once ...Thai airways
