I re-entered today after getting mine with MT and just put holiday as it's a tourist visa. Stamped in no questions asked again.

Anonymous participant Yes CM immigration won't extend DTVs issued in Laos or Cambodia. Probably Vietnam and Myanmar too. They can't be sure the documents you supplied were genuine.
