TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete your first 90-day report in Thailand, you need to fill out the TM47 form, which can be printed or completed at the immigration office. You must also provide copies of your passport and the TM30 form. It's recommended to do this in person at the immigration office a few days before the 90-day deadline. In some areas, such as Bangkok, you can utilize visa offices to expedite the process, often for a small fee.

I live in Bangkok and I submitted my passport and TM30 to a hospital's visa office, and they processed it in two days for 650 baht. I'd heard that the process takes a long time and that you should go early, so handling it through a visa office saves time.

In Bangkok is not free, u have to take 2 taxis and lose time at that building, when u can pay 500 THB to someone and stay at home sleeping

Marco Trocino well… that is your problem then for choosing to stay in a fast paced, polluted, huge city… while you are in tropical paradise and could sit at a beach every day…

I know it's free and easy, but I read in the comments that there are a lot of queues.

guess it depends where you live… in Krabi it takes 5-10mins. 🤷‍♀️ no legal advice, but you could also just skip it 🙈 no one will ever check it. especially when you leave the country every <6 months!

Im wondering the same thing as I just entered with my new dtv. I'm hoping I don't have to have all that money sitting in my account doing nothing all the time.

a 90d report has nothing to do with your visa regulations

the money in your account has nothing to do with 90 day reporting.

You can use your money.

Normally complete the tm47 form (can print off or complete at immigration) plus copies of passport pages and tm30 check

I would like to know the answer as well. I live in Bangkok Sukhumvit area. What do I bring? I understand the passport,tm30 and tm47 forms need to be provided. What else? Do I need to show all that banking and job paperwork again?

90 day reporting is just an address report. You don't have to show the same things that you showed when applying for the visa.
