You tried it in the banks at the mainroad and in tesco lotus of Pak Chong too? Why in Pak Chong - you live here (I live in Pak Chong)? You ask for a real account or an account with a saving book (and visacard)?

Auf jeden Fall muss man vorher online einen Termin bei der Botschaft buchen und zu dem Termin den alten Pass, das ausgefüllte Antragsformular, ein vorschriftsmässiges Passbild, Geburtsurkunde und Abmeldebescheinigung aus DE (falls abgemeldet) und der Geldbetrag mitgebringen. Ausserdem, falls im alten Pass ein Visum drin ist, muss man einen entsprechende Bescheinigung von der Botschaft für die Immigration beantragen - die braucht man, wenn die Immigration das Visum in den neuen Paas übertragen soll.
