Is the 90-day Reporting Online system currently functional for expats in Thailand?

90-day Reporting Online

is the 90 day Online page working for you? i can complete first step, the CAPTCHA Password but then it never does to Step 2... the message is:

## *For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area.*

and it never gets past this... I have tried puttig differfent info like another member of family but it;s all the same, never goes to second page, so I cannot complete the process.

last 90-Reporting was in March when the online wasn't working and I had to send the info by post... doies it have to do with this? that I cannot go back to Online now?

I would appre3ciate your comments.. thanks..

I have not entered phone number.. 1st page only general details.. when I submit 1st page, instead I’d continuing to the test of the form I get that message, then back to square one

I am using my computer.. Chrome browser.. the latest date for report is 28 May, so using online you need to see bait within 15 days.. by post is before 15 days, so too late to do by post

I got the same last week.

Went to local Immigration.

There was no issues with report.

Took 2 min

Perhaps you made a wrong input, for example in the passport-number (0 or O = Zero or Letter O)? 🤔 I have no problems, only with the App.

thanks... I have done it before, last November using Chrome.. I couldn’t use Online facility in Match as it was down.. and I try again now.. it recognises the data entered previously but one I submit I get that message and I can’t continue

That is how the online option works when there is something wrong with your reporting. You need to go to immigration in person. I do hope you kept the receipt from when you mailed it in last time, as that could save you a bt2000 fine if they didn't receive it.
