hi Johnny yes I've already done that I emailed the new MP and phone called didn't get a reply back And because I've got a severely damaged heart I'm not sure if I'm going to recover fully as Friday I was told after the last echograph they want to double the medication definitely not looking like a bright future for me having a wife but not being able to be with her she was meant to come back with me when we were getting married in February and that's when the government slapped that new from 18k to 38k earnings so she went for the visiting visa and was denied for not having a good enough reason to return to Thailand and said that she would over stay here welcome Which is stupid when she would have been traceable knowing they've taken some much information off me my wages and details my workplace my address my passport how the hell could she do a runner The only way is to make a big scene but then to do that you then probably would not be able to get into the country as they think you are often ill mental health status but I wish you good luck It wasn't third time lucky for me

I had the same thing with my wife after they rejected her the second time saying she had nothing to return for I went out in April again after being there in February getting married and set up a little business a coffee shop and deposited some money for product so on and yes same thing Although she did declare it her bank statements they denied her because she had no traceable evidence for the money ? They are just finding stupid excuses to take the fee and not give even saying she had no dependence to return for and yet having no parent she looks after her young brother with special needs you can't even appeal and if you complain you can't get anywhere because I complain from the UK the UK government embassy said it's an overseas reference number they can't deal with it they overseas when I complain to that embassy said can't deal with it because the contact details is in the UK catch 22 and now I'm told these people who probably have paid a lot less than what I've laid out Not all I've ever got a British citizenship passport and put up in a hotel they've been giving the rights to bring their families over this country is a joke like you say I keep looking for the ancestor to guy Fawkes to see if he has the spirit of his great-great-grandfather that's what we need in this country lol 🤣

I am glad for you Stewart but can I ask you was it just a lucky examiner passing you because my wife has two businesses a young brother she has to look after has no parents alive plenty of money in both bank accounts and they still said she was denied because she would not return at the end of the period even though it was stated I've had a severe heart attack and need my wife to look after me and she would only be staying if I was still ill or to arrange my funeral and they still denied? so without being nosey does she have a good reason to return?

I know exactly where you're coming from I have many times argue with my wife how she says my country is horrible and not let her come lol I just think nowadays it's because this too many coming over on the rubber boats getting passports hotels, fed, mobile phones And now I'm told been given the rights to bring their families over we do it legit and get denied as I said I wish you all the best

As I've already explained I paid £1,000 for them to do everything the agency even to do the translation and go with my wife they can only take you with your documents to the door The decision is on the examiner and they are ruthless They're not even reading the case files My wife was denied for having no dependants yet her case file states she looks after her young brother as no parents The denial says her businesses are not active and yet we put Google locations map showing where they are and how you can see the active photographs of the daily customers we put in how seriously ill I am with my heart attack with my hospital papers No mention of it we used an agent three times. For what good it did Although they made a great case with days not hours of man labour compiling it all It doesn't get you anywhere at the end of the day

yes the whole joke of it is until I am healthy enough I can't really fly long flights she only wanted to come just to reassure the friends and family she wasn't ripping me off type of thing she actually makes more money than me anyway She's now suggesting I'd come and live out there with her help work in her business and do 6: m there 6 back here It all depends on my heart the medication

thanks for the advice however my wife no longer wants to come to the UK she thinks it's horrible and as I said we had an agent who we pay £1,000 too so almost guarantee it 8 years of doing it she said she'd never seen one return to so quickly and there's no way they read the case notes because nothing adds up But I will look him up thanks

David was that recently? Were you going for a holiday visas after to come and live in the UK there's a big difference It seems when my wife has two successful businesses in Thailand so did not want to come live here just visit look after me until I'm willing to travel back but they won't let her

Not very good mate I've tried three times to get my wife here The last time we put more information then what was needed I had double the amount of sponsor money we gave an accountable story file with over 200 photos with all the stress I'd had a major heart attack even put my notes in from the hospital and the bastards in 42 hours from doing a fingerprint my wife got a denied letter again The thing was she was denied on wrong grounds she has a young brother she looks after she has two businesses and this more run called Sheffield stated she had no dependants to return to Thailand for wasn't happy and said her businesses were not active but if it looked in the file she had declared about looking after the brother and Google locations of the businesses with up-to-date photos of customers so I am guessing it's just a lucky draw game to whether you will get it they are clamping down big time And the thing is my heart attack was so severe I can't fly so we can't be together? that's not necessarily true I actually came back and married my wife this year after failing last year didn't make any difference In fact we have given up after the third attempt I compiled so much evidence the file was 4-inch thick with hundreds of photos, of the wedding of a relationship the 3 visits the business we set up, the money to support her in the UK and her own money they still denied her saying that they think she would not return. they don't even read the applications anymore If they had they would have known I needed my wife because I've had a serious heart attack, they also denied her because they said she had nothing to return for? No dependence yet in her affidavits she states she had her businesses and her little brother because she has no parents So she looked after him because he has special needs they say you can't appeal? when I put my complaint in that this person denying us a (Mr Sheffield) I don't think he even read the case notes but I tried to complain against him UK embassy says I can't do it because it's an overseas application the embassy overseas says I can't do it because the contact details I've given is in the UK so it's a catch 22 So if a dying man can't get his wife by his side then nothing seems to work anymore they just take your money and give nothing back the UK government but some people are believing lots of other nationality governments are just getting as restrictive As much as Thailand government are being great and have opened it up for longer times , if it's not returned in kindness by their home country prices of the flights going up People will stop going
