Currently, not all European countries get 30 days Visa Exemption, some even get 90 days, some don't have Visa Exemption, but 15 days Visa on Arrival (VoA) which need to apply for at the port of entry.
Currently, even some Schengen countries need a Thai Visa before traveling to Thailand!
Please kindly specify which particular country one would like to inquire about....
Sawatdee again! If you wouldn't mind, then could you please forward a link to that YouTube video for USCIS Contact Center live help tip/formula, or via DM/private message? If not, then that's okay too! Thank you very much in advance!
The OP is referring to a LA-B2 Lao Visa, which is a one-year multiple entry visa that permits work/employment. He is not referring to the B2 U.S. Visa or B1/B2 U.S. Visa, which is essentially a Tourist or Visitor Visa that does not permit work/employment.
Therefore, a similar Thai Visa to the Lao Visa could possibly be the Non-B Thai Visa??
Wish you and your family ssfe travels for a good resolution to your dilemma.....Thankfully, you got thru to CBP quickly, as trying to contact USCIS takes forever, or, a task in perseverance of waiting on the phone for hours.....
if CBP is not able to give you a successful Redress Control Number, then all else fails could be to apply for a Returning Resident U.S. Visa at the U.S. Embassy (last resort)....
