you can as a US citizen under the Amity Treaty.

Though it takes a good chunk of $ and takes forever. Then you still have to employ 2 to 4 thais to get your own work permit to actu work in your business. It's def a subject I've researched alot.

And it takes about a year even woth a lawyer to get approval under rhe Amity Treaty.

There's so much people don't realize they have to do and pay to achieve a legal business in Thailand

It depends on what category of DTV !

Soft power you have to have 500k baht in an account.

Digital worker you have to show alot more ie income source, letter from employer stating you can work remotely and on and on.

Best way is soft power with a Muay Thai course.
