Hi everyone, Just to clarify, Is this an example document enough to file the 90-day report.

Can she do TM30 online for me? I’ve been staying at my girlfriend’s house ( she’s the owner of the house )

Thanks in advance for any help! 🙏🏼

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the eligibility of an online TM30 document for filing a 90-day report in Thailand. It clarifies that a TM30 must be registered before the 90-day report can be filed, and while many offices accept the online TM30, some may still require a printed copy. Participants shared their experiences, emphasizing the need for proper documentation and sometimes an in-person visit for the first 90-day report.

She can register for TM30 online, if she is the owner of the house. Exactly what I do with my Thai Wife

Just for your info, I only do the TN30 online filing when I come back into Thailand from overseas, not when returning home after a domestic trip.

We did TM30 online when I arrived from overseas last time but forgot to keep it 🙏

Anonymous participant You can recall a filing online at any time so long as you saved the entry

That is indeed a TM30 (notification of foreigner in residence) and means you are registered as staying at that address <- which is all you need to file a 90 day report

As people mentioned at most offices you have to file the first 90 day report in person.

You want form TM47 to file the 90 day report

First 90 day report is in person. You'll need a TM30 to be filed at the address where you stay beforehand.

first per entry, important to mention, since a lot of wrong info here that you can do it online after re-entry, if you have done it in person before

Anonymous participant 480 It needs to be done for 90 Day report. Some offices no need for paper copy as it is on the system. Some offices want a print out.
Jeremy *********
Anonymous participant 480 you literally say it's not needed and only for an extension 😂 So again stfu you m0r0n anonymous punk 😂

i said tm30 is different which you’ve to do. For tm47 yes you don’t need it. You need to fill out different form with exact details as tm30. So go f yourself once again.

this document isnt enough to file the 90D report. you need to present this 'online TM30' at the immigration along with other documents to convert it into the 'TM30'. with that said, the TM30 issued by IO can then be used to do your 90D report. here is an example

that is NOT correct, 😕 that receipt IS a TM30 that was filed online

All you get is a PDF download when you 'export the file' after you have filed the TM30 and saved the data

That is all you need to file a 90 day report at most offices

THIS is an example from the online TM30 user guide showing you what the official TM30 receipt is like when you use the online system

@Tod ********
well yeah, depends on which step of the TM30 you are speaking about. I never said the online document isn’t the TM30. I’m aware of the steps you mentioned. Think the query focused on whether the online version was sufficient, which it turned out to be, as opposed to what I’ve initially suggested

Different offices have different requirements. You cannot post general rules.

@Pok ***
no i will not follow this.

WRONG. This is an online TM30 confirmation receipt and IS enough to be used as part of the 90 day report submission.
