All the info is on the Thailand Revenue website. Savings before 1 Jan 2024 are tax exempt. The smart people with untaxed money will bring in a few million baht on July 5th. Easy

The ATO has informed me that a tax return is not necessary because I am not a Thai Tax Resident under the DTA tie-breaker. Furthermore, there is ZERO obligation for a 12-month visa holder to file a tax return. You need to lay off the weed buddy
