you don't need to leave every 90 years infact you don't need to leave at all as long as the requirements stay the same and you can qualify. Good feeling getting your first year stamp . Just enjoy your retirement 🙏

Hello , just to say koh Samui blood bank is still not aware of the new rules for UK citizens to donate. I enquired and got a email back saying I wasn't eligible.
