TLDR : Answer Summary
After returning to Bangkok with a Non-O retirement visa, you will need to file a TM30 report if your landlord has not already done so. Additionally, ensure you keep your 90-day reporting requirements in mind, which may necessitate an up-to-date TM30 submitted to your local immigration office.

You still have to do 90 day reports which might be difficult if you do not have an up to date tm30 filed with your local immigration.

Thank you all. Sorry if i was not clear.

Initially I came with non-O 90 days , then i used an agent to get 1 year extension, non O retirement with multiple entry stamp.

yes they will, but personally i wouldnt worry about with your visa as you have to be out of country every 90 days anyway. So you shouldnt have any interaction with immigration in country.

Michael Dawson if you read closely I have a feeling he is saying he now has his one year retirement visa (extension), and he bought the multi-entry reentry permit, shortened to multi-entry permit. He didn't get a multi-entry visa as I think you are assuming.

@Kool ******
yep i assumed 1 year multiple entry visa, could be read as that. But his comments after apparently not

you don't need to leave every 90 years infact you don't need to leave at all as long as the requirements stay the same and you can qualify. Good feeling getting your first year stamp . Just enjoy your retirement 🙏

I'm glad for him, that he doesn't have to leave every 90 years☺️
