If you can it’s best to apply with the vaccine QR code. Myself and several people in this group got approved within a few minutes of submitting .

from when I spoke to them the test and go is a slightly higher rate due to the covid test , so I had to book the test and go package for that night specifically than an additional 2 nights at a regular rate. I did get email confirmation and they offer u then to give them flight details if you want their transport as well. It is possible though maybe they can just charge an add on fee for the first night ? I would email them and see what they allow if you already booked

would it be safe to assume if the hotel says SHA+ but offers regular rooms and packages aside from test and go it’s not one of those like you describe ? Mine is the JW Marriott

in USA vaccine card is just a hand filled card and QR card is separate from the state database . I gave a cropped png of the QR code. I had to make sure it’s large enough before it accepted it

Waited 8 days first time no reply. Reapplied with QR code for vaccine 2nd time, approved in 2 minutes after submitting.

For me the form in the web page won’t accept the QR code unless it’s cropped to show just the QR code. You have to try few times to get it a high enough resolution. I got approval in 2 minutes after submitting because of the QR code , my previous application had no QR code and was not responded to for 7 days.

Omicron found to be mild strain but somewhat more transmissible . No word on closing anything. Covid cases in Thailand continue to decline. Unlikely for any border closing.

For US citizens do you still need a QR code for vaccine proof or is the CDC card enough ?
