*Update*
Sunday evening the pass got rejected as suspected it would! This morning we got up early and called the +6622035000 (and dial 33001 once connected) and we actually got through to someone 🙌 she told us why it got rejected and we sent the corrected documents and we all got our Thaipass about 2 hours later 🙌🙌😅😅. Thanks for all the advice!
Hi all, I’ve had a quick search but not finding what I need. We’re in Singapore and due to fly to Phuket on Wednesday and we still don’t have our Thaipass. If we wait the full 7 days it will be too late (issues with daughters passport hence why we left it so late). It’s been a few days now and still no answer. We believe we entered all the correct details that people have said got them an instant answer so it’s very frustrating! We’ve also been trying various numbers (and emails) and can’t get through to anyone 😅. Does anyone have any numbers that worked or words of wisdom they’d like to impart, I’d be forever grateful 🙌. Thanks for listening to my ramblings!
