Sunday evening the pass got rejected as suspected it would! This morning we got up early and called the +6622035000 (and dial 33001 once connected) and we actually got through to someone 🙌 she told us why it got rejected and we sent the corrected documents and we all got our Thaipass about 2 hours later 🙌🙌😅😅. Hi all, I’ve had a quick search but not finding what I need. We’re in Singapore and due to fly to Phuket on Wednesday and we still don’t have our Thaipass. If we wait the full 7 days it will be too late (issues with daughters passport hence why we left it so late). It’s been a few days now and still no answer. We believe we entered all the correct details that people have said got them an instant answer so it’s very frustrating! We’ve also been trying various numbers (and emails) and can’t get through to anyone 😅. Does anyone have any numbers that worked or words of wisdom they’d like to impart, I’d be forever grateful 🙌. some get it very fast. Others take time. Heard alot of people got it in hours, others in 3-4 days and some around 7 days. I got mine on day 7. I would rather try to call the numbers from their website or mabye use trunk to get help. Over reapplying over and over 🤔Olga **********

You might want to apply again for the Thailand Pass to see if that hurries things up. Some people say you should not do this because it slows down the system but I was afraid I had not submitted the correct insurance certificate so I did a second application. I got two approvals the following day.

I am currently on day 8. Still waiting for the approval. On Monday I will be sending a follow-up and I will also be copying the Thai embassy in Singapore. I have heard that this might work 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Just in case anyone is after the number Karim mentions above, he asked me to post it here - it’s +6622035000 or +6625728442. He had success after pressing 9 for English and then option 2. I have been trying both numbers and unable to get through yet but I’ve seen other posts with people having success!
