While on the Thai pass for visa exemption for test and go, after you leave the test and go hotel, and go to the next hotel, is there any special proof you need to show the next hotel that you in fact completed the test and go stay + test? Or do they look that up in a database with your thai pass or passport ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When transitioning from a Test and Go hotel to another hotel in Thailand, guests generally do not need to show proof of completing the Test and Go program, as they are free to move about upon receiving a negative test result. While hotels may inquire about vaccination documents, there is no requirement for a completion certificate from the Test and Go hotel. Some travelers may carry their vaccination proof as certain establishments might request it.

In March I had a very official looking certificate of ASQ completion issued by a Health Mnistrynin BKK. In July I had “certificate of sandbox”. It actually said that! I need it for my Condo even as an owner to enter.

Just keep vaccine documents handy, more and more places are asking to see them

They don’t look or ask for anything. You could be a Thai resident for all they know, traveling within the country.

You shouldn't need anything. You're free to go wherever you want since you tested negative. Your hotel may give you a document confirming you completed your "quarantine" but you shouldn't need it. Your Thailand Pass is useless the moment you enter Thailand is never used again.
