Question , I see some hotels are an SHA+ hotel, but offer multiple night bookings. Can you do the 1 night until your test comes back negative in the same hotel you stay in after that ? Or are only specific hotels designated for the 1 night package then you go to a non-SHA+ hotel ? Like are these hotels quarantine hotels with people in the white suits ?

Also, I am looking to go in late December , if thailand switches to the antigen rapid tests , does it make sense to still have a 1 night packaged booked anyways ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question inquires if a guest can book a one-night stay at an SHA+ hotel while waiting for a COVID-19 test result or if they must switch to a designated quarantine hotel. A comment clarifies that SHA+ hotels only signify that staff have been trained for sandbox guests and that the + indicates a high percentage of vaccinated staff, rather than indicating restrictions or requirements for guests.

No, nothing special about SHA+ hotels other than the staff is trained to intake "sandbox" guests. Remember, SHA (Safety and Health Administration) is just a certification that says a hotel is cleaning correctly. The + means more than 70% of the staff are vaccinated.
