when i called Thai consulate in my country, they only told me that I have to wait for the void visa period to over before i could apply for another visa. They also said if i wanna visit Thailand before that, i had to go for visa on arrival.

nah. For India the visa on arrival is just 15 days and there is no extension. So the only option to get 60 days stay is applying for a tourist visa here.

thanks for your response. Yeah, just came to know that they extended tourist visa on arrival duration from 15 days to 30 days from October. Previously it was just 15 days.

thanks for your response. Yeah, thai visas are processed through VFS global in India. By the way I'm willing to stay near Rayong.

Thanks for your response. Yeah, instead of assuming things based on reading other people's experiences on some forums, i guess it's better if i go directly to Thai consulate and apply for the tourist visa by myself.

thanks for your response. I will apply for the tourist visa by myself instead of going through travel agency. And yeah, I'm willing to learn basic Thai language with commitment preferably through online classes. Can you kindly gimme the school details which provides the option for online classes.
