see advice but try to do it yiurself or you coukd be stiluck with an agent forever.

If you do it yourself it costs 1999THB plus 1999 for multiple reentry if you want to travel.

If you leave leave Thailand while on retirement visa yiu need a reentry sticker in yiur PP.

never happen to me in Thailand....a bit harsh. Pressure mat not always be as great as the West.

Sadly in my extensive travels in Asia water temperature and water pressure is the most common problem I have encountered but never to this level.

One in Vietnam I transfered hotels after about two hours...no hot water.

I quickly checked the hotel next door ...re water and. Vacancy...both positive.

Went back to original stated my case politely and received cash refund immediately.

Be gentle .with staff as they have very little control over operstions but take all the flack.
