it says 30.000 baht month, i asked them and they said it's cost of my monthly expenses like rent, bts, food etc... no idea why the school would have anything to do with that but...

some papers are, some are not

i think i signed blank papers and they finished it for me after... Like names, phones, passport data, purposes and everything else.

It also says that my monthly expenses for the course per month was 30.000 baht but i paid 44.000 for 1 year and 4 months.
