I signed a contract in the school and 1 month later they gave me the immigration documents with the papers that i signed but... It's not my handwriting and neither my signature... Is this contract still valid if they did that?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual signed a contract with a school in Thailand, but later discovered that the immigration documents included a signature that is not their own. Community members are discussing whether this situation implies fraud, how it affects the validity of the contract, and the potential implications for immigration processing.

If you work out the monthly equivalent by taking the 44,000 baht and dividing by 16 months you get 2,750 baht.. maybe there are some incidental expenses that add up to another 1,500 baht.. or perhaps that's the cost of your visa.. which would round it up to 3,000 baht monthly.. or are you saying it reads as 30,000 baht monthly?
it says 30.000 baht month, i asked them and they said it's cost of my monthly expenses like rent, bts, food etc... no idea why the school would have anything to do with that but...
