my hard copy appointment slip from the hospital has the date of

and that's real, flight date isn't real it was just an estimate, but I just changed my appointment today it to

and my real flight date is

*****

but I've lodged it so I can't change it now. I guess we'll see. What's the worst that can happen. From what I can see most people are having their approvals in 1 week or less so let's see if I'm one of those (since I don't think I'll need to provide further docs)

Just put mine in with a NAB 'proof of balance' statement generated the day of application. No transaction history but shows the available balance. Hopefully should be all good
