Same a everybody, you need to get few documents ready to submit to the Thai embassy and 14 day quarantine, maybe New year 2022 as 2021 will be short in time to get yourself ready :)

 Maybe depend on the hotel. I have a friend which is in bkk now , just arrived from Olso and he can not move out from his room the first 7 days. anyway it is only 14 days and if you can not miss the gym or the pool maybe you wait till Thailand reopen as normal ;)

 They may accept people to fly to Thailand if they pass the test before flying and are still negative upon arrival

 Yes correct it is a problem for some of them to come back here, hopefully later when most will come back to normal

 I know but if somebody get around thb 50,000 pension and need to spend 33,000 for 15 days they can not if they do not have saving
