TLDR : Answer Summary
Access to hotel pools and gyms during quarantine in Thailand varies by hotel. In general, many ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) hotels do not permit any use of facilities like pools or gyms until the second or third negative COVID-19 test, typically around day 7 or 14 of the quarantine period. However, some hotels such as Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and Qiu Hotel offer limited access to gym and pool areas after the first negative test. Most hotels adhere to strict government regulations, significantly limiting access to shared facilities during the initial days of quarantine.

Maybe depend on the hotel. I have a friend which is in bkk now , just arrived from Olso and he can not move out from his room the first 7 days. anyway it is only 14 days and if you can not miss the gym or the pool maybe you wait till Thailand reopen as normal ;)

All fountains or things like that are turned off since no swimming allowed. And if you stay there, they don’t actually charge your CC until the day you leave but they didn’t have the certificate from the hospital ready, just your two negative tests and hotel receipt. They said email in 4-5 days but took a week, another hotel we were at calling and threatening to report them to govt. to get it emailed so tell them after second test you want the certificate in hand before you pay when you leave!! They weren’t very cooperative getting it

could I ask you to forward on the booking link to my personal email address? In the event that is being suggested may happen, that the time in Quarantine is reduced to 10nights, are we still liable for the full 15 nights currently being required? In the event that it was reduced what would be the price? And finally would the first test that you offer take place earlier? Could I ask that you forward the answers on to

None allow you to use the pool at all. Gyms are very restrictive and its usually after 2nd or 3rd test depends on hotel.

Suggest you join ASQ review group which will have more up to date info.

Not sure if they have actually stopped gym usage after the french woman supposedly caught covid in gym.
