 My understanding is one doesn't need to stay 180 days or more. As long as you can prove that you are remotely working sometimes in Thailand.

I think that hospital could provide visa request letter to Royal Thai Embassy, Myanmar. You should produce cover letter is stating your treatment plans.

Ending balance is to meet minimum requirement Baht 500K but an account must have 6 months or 3 months or 1 months required by Consulate General.
