Oh got it. I thought she had a Non-b visa already. As this visa can be transferred, to a new Non-b if her new employer finishes all new paperwork in time so that it can be transferred before the expiration date.
So if you are changing companies your non-b technically can be transferred. However, you will have to cancel the non-b first and work permit from your previous employer and whatever date immigration gives you after the old non-b is cancelled, which is typically not a full month, and then transfer to the new non-b. If your new company does not gather all the paperwork needed to transfer to a new non-b before your expiration date of the old cancelled non-b from your previous employer. Then you will have to leave Thailand and re-enter. Which is currently what I have to do since my company could not get all the documents in time to transfer my non-b.
Hi, it was an issue leaving Bangkok flying into Lao with the airline. I would pay for the visa on arrival in Laos they require a passport photo, and pay a fee either in USD or Thai Baht, for the visa on arrival.
Yes of course I had enough funds to show in my bank account. However, the airline said, No I needed to get 10k baht in cash. So I did, I never had this experience. Which I thought was really weird.
