You got a 90 days visa because you're married to a Thai national, there's no visa that allows a tourist to stay 90 days.

Same as that. I've never paid in USD. Cambodia happily accepts Thai Baht, as does Laos.

Or 1200bt. I've never paid in USD but Cambodian Immigration does accept it.

The Cambodia visa on arrival is 1200bt, depending where you cross you might get hit with a 300bt 'leaving fee'
