Andreas Mueller Incorrect, you can book bus tickets from Thailand to Cambodia or Laos, the right/left hand drive has nothing to do with it. Many buses cross to Laos at Mukdahan/Savannakhet or Ubon/Chong Mek and into Cambodia at Chong Chom and Chong Sangam
