Can I apply for an Elite Visa after signing up for a one-year education visa in Thailand?
If you signed up for 1 year education visa (real school), are you still eligible for the elite visa? If so how long before the student visa expires, one should apply for it?

Its a grey area at the moment. Immigration don't appear to have made any decisions regarding ED to Elite. The 50% price increase might make immigration more susceptible to applications from previous ED holders

Talking nonsense. The Royal Thai Police basically have f*ck all to do with the application of visas including the Elite visa.Ryan ************
