tm30 is what the landlord should fill out and what has to be taken to the tm47 when registering for the 3 month period. This can be done online after the second time, the first two times you should always go to the IMMI yourself.

TM47 is the report itself.

If I am wrong, this can be written down, you can find all the information about it at

If you have a free account with Revolut, there is a monthly limit to pay the transfer costs of a maximum of 1 CHF. Wise is OK, but the IBD Dirt charges more depending on the amount. I personally use Revolut now.

Great rate, fast transfer.

I can recommend both services, but there are differences in the fees for the transfer. Wise is more expensive than Revolut. Personally, I have always used Wise, but now that Wise has raised its fees a bit, I only use Revolut. I can recommend both.

Well, I'm not applying for another 30 days, but I would recommend going to the immigration office 55-59 days before the expiration date to get another 30 days. It's possible to skip a day to get another 60 days, as well as the extension for 30 days. But I think that's it.
