 unfortunately there is not always the answer you want, but the answer you need. If I were you I would delay for a visa. Good luck with it.

 I would think if you need a visa use the system, if you just want the minimum no visa stay just arrive like normal. The evisa system worked very well for me in Australia, 3 day turnaround.

Better to start with the non o in your country rather than a tourist visa. The bank account will be easier.
