TLDR : Answer Summary
A recent discussion highlights the requirements for all foreigners entering Thailand, including the obligation to submit a new online arrival card (TDAC) to Thai Immigration, effective from May 1st. Comments clarify that regardless of previous visa status or entry type (e.g., free stamp, VOA, valid visa), all foreigners must comply with this requirement within 72 hours prior to arrival. Additionally, participants suggest contacting local Thai Immigration for further clarity.

I would have thought you would have needed to complete a tm6 in the old days which is what this is replacing.

Suggest you take your question to your local Thai Immigration office for clarity.

Sorry Andy, but all foreigners entering Thailand from May 1st are required to SUBMIT the New arrival card on-line to Thai Immigration.
Regardless of your interpretation...
You are a foreigner and must complete the forum within 72 hours of your planned arrival into Thailand. Moderator Ellie did reply correctly to your post by PM.
