Any advice or stories of your experience is appreciated.

I'm applying for the DTV visa as a remote worker and will be applying for my wife and son after mine is approved.

We are Canadians and currently traveling abroad.

We have read for fast approval that staying and applying from Vietnam is a good option, however, I've also read that I need to apply from my country where my remote work employment is located (Canada).

Has anyone here applied for a visa through Vietnam with success that is not a current resident there and just staying for a month?

I want to apply for a DTV from Canada through Soft Power (Muay Thai). What is the minimum Muay Thai training requirement to be approved? Would 6 months of training once a week be sufficient?

Hello everyone! My husband and I are Canadian and he recently got his Non-O visa (based on retirement) from Canada. Although I applied for a Non-O visa too based on being a spouse, it was not accepted and the officer told me that the only way for me to get this Non-O visa from Canada is if my husband would have obtained a Non-OA (1 year) visa not a Non-O. I was offered a 6 month multi entry visa instead which I have no choice but to take and then once my husband gets his 1 year extension in Thailand, I am planning to go to a near Consulate and apply for Non-O visa based on being a spouse. Just curious if anyone went through similar situation like mine and if you (trailing spouse) were able to get your Non-O visa from a nearby consulate? Thanks for sharing your experience 🙏
