TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain proof of vaccination received at Bang Sue station, you should first check if you received a paper with a QR code upon leaving. If you did not receive this documentation, it is advisable to visit the station and inquire directly at their information desk for assistance in obtaining your vaccination proof.

You didn't get a paper when you left with a QR code ??
download morphom app ( will be in thai so ask some one who can read thai to download for u )register it with your id etc n the details of your vaccination will be in that and u can print or store in your phone for later use.
scan that QR code, it should take you to the details or the place you need to register online to get the vaccination history. Been a few months since I did mine so can't remember which one it will take you to
