I have just successfully applied for a Non O based for the reason of retirement in the UK and none of questions was about whether I was married to a Thai. The drop down menu asks the reason for the Non O, retirement and marriage are two. Make sure you choose the correct one. It did ask me for the address I am staying in Thailand.

no the choice is a PCR 72 hours before departure of 5 days quarantine for unvaxxed

I think the information is out of date. I uploaded my Thai insurance that I have had for years and doesn't cover anything like 100 thousand and they accepted it. However I am now being told it won't cover me for the Thai pass. It's a strange situation

I think it means if your showing income only (IE pension) then it's three months. If you have the 10 thousand then you just need to show the most recent balance you can.

same as what I applied for. I thought the same thing but am sure the three months is for those showing an income only. If you have a balance upload as recent as possible bank statements one page only. I applied on the 3rd May it got aproved on the 5th.
