But just found out I can only get 30 days & 30 days extension

WHAT CAN I DO??????

Can someone enlighten me on what happens to your passport status after you sell up and move permanently to Thailand on a retirement visa

Assuming you have multiple years left before passport expires ,

Your Passport information will contain your now outdated old home address

should you inform your home embassy or consulate in Thailand and give them your Thailand address so that they can replace your current passport with a new passport showing your new Thailand address

Or What. ??

If you continue to use your passport with your now outdated address could you be denied entry into your home country due to you sharing the same address as the people who bought your old home and now have passports of their own

just had some good news from the Thai embassy in London, asking about the trouble we are having openings a Thai bank account at the moment and they said they except HSBC bank for a long term visa application, sounds good to me,

Key points:

I applied for my visa in Hanoi

I found a Muay Thai club in Koh Samui

I had part of the 500,000 baht in cryptocurrency, and it wasn't a problem (contrary to what I had read on this group, in HCMC)

I provided my bank statements (for the last 3 months) in French

I received it in a week (from Monday evening to the following Monday afternoon)

I then had it printed in A5 format and laminated, I presented it at the airport, and my passport was stamped for 180 days

Do I need a TM30 form to renew a DTV visa if I'm staying at a hotel that doesn't provide one?

I am applying for a DTV and just got asked for more information. They are requesting both a company registration and DBD. I received the DBD form from the school, but they don't know what else would be required as the paperwork for the DBD form is their registration according to them

Does anyone know the difference between the 2 things, or what else they could mean as company registration? Thank you!
