A report last week says the applicant for a Non Imm B Multi- Entry Visa One Year must have Mananging Director in his/her Work Permit booklette - not just Director.. yes amazing stuff
- Carl - I recommend that you go to the top of the Group page and make your own post seeking advice and recommendations... This way cross - unrelated subjects are not mixed and causing confusion
Problem?. A track record that will be interpreted as living in Thailand and possibly working as evidenced by many back to back Tourist visas and/or Exemption Entries - will get you bounced out of Thailand at some point
In my opinion the Term Director is the only valid term. This is because Titles come from the Company Registration - Certification Document. There is only one Management level description there in that document and it is Director... But the Labor Ministry allows a change as I wrote.
Owen Dixon - when applying in Australia for the Thai Non Immigrant O-A Multi-Entry Visa - banked money of 800,000 Baht EQUIVALENT in Aus Dollars is required.. This O-A Visa cannot be applied for in Thailand (take note of the "A")... Plus you will need to supply a medical cert. from a doctor and a police background check.
