Hi all, I have a non-O that I renewed in March. My 90 day report is due on August 6th. I just realized every day is a holiday or weekend until August 2nd. If I submit it online today, which technically is 10 days before, will it get processed? Or do the holidays not count as days to submit online?

Thank you in advance!

Hi all. Do you know how strict immigration is for visas for babies/toddlers? We need to renew our 13 month old daughter's visa. Someone at my work mentioned they don't really charge overstay for babies/toddlers, is that true? And if not, is the only other option is a visa run to Cambodia?

Regarding covid extensions on TR60 at Pattaya office:

I was given 30 days covid extension and told I would receive another 30-day extension without paying (1900 baht included both extensions).

Question: Will I have to return every 30 days in this manner. Or will I finally get a 60-day stamp on my next visit?

I have been in the country since last May 2021. I received 60 day covid extensions every time but not at this office. So far, Pattaya is the only office that required a return every 30 days.

Thank you.

Hi all,

I just got to Chaeng Watthana immigration to renew my covid extension (after a 1st extension last September).

They asked me my flight return ticket (that I don't have) and got rejected even if all the papers were good.

Anyone faced this situation?

Thank you!

Hello All❣️

I just want to make sure I know what I am getting in to with my new visa.

I am going to Vientiane to get a Non-B (English teacher US Passport) and my husband will get a Non-O (based on marriage to me US Passport)

What I want to confirm is:

1.

Will we both receive a 90 day visa (similar to the Education visa) that we have to extend at immigration in Chiang Mai every 90 days up to 1 year

Or

Will we receive a 1 year visa (that requires 90 check ins at immigration)

2.

My second question is at the end of 1 year of having the visa do we need to leave the country for a new one or can we receive a new visa in Chiang Mai (as long as I still work for the same school)

Thank you in advance ❣️

I will be applying in Australia for a Thai Retirement Visa. There are a couple of things I'm unsure of, as I've seen conflicting information. I am an Australian citizen.

(1) When first applying in Sydney, is it OK to provide a statement from an Australian Bank/Institution of a minimum 800,000 Baht account? I've seen it said this must be in a Thai bank account. But maybe this applies for subsequent annual renewals. I understand about the income/account mix but I'm looking to provide a account statement.

(2) Does a standard Non-Immigrant Visa type O-A for retirement allow you multiple entries?

(3) As time is not an issue, I am doing the best thing applying in Australia, or are there advantages applying after arriving in Thailand?

Thanks for any advice.
