TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the requirements for obtaining a Non-Immigrant Business visa (Non-Imm B) with a focus on a particular case for Penang, Malaysia. A significant point raised is the necessity for the applicant to hold the title of Managing Director in their Work Permit booklet, rather than just Director, highlighting potential nuances in visa application criteria.

A report last week says the applicant for a Non Imm B Multi- Entry Visa One Year must have Mananging Director in his/her Work Permit booklette - not just Director.. yes amazing stuff

great. Thank you. The sign at the consulate doesn’t specify the difference.

there is no requirement for those things, you are confusing the requirements for getting a tourist visa with getting a Non-B :)

yes Non B. Was typing a bit fast.

Do you now about the hotel and flight info?

That’s incredible andout the managing director in the WP. My American wife and I co-own and are the only directors.

And we’re already in Penang.
