A report last week says the applicant for a Non Imm B Multi- Entry Visa One Year must have Mananging Director in his/her Work Permit booklette - not just Director.. yes amazing stuff

there is no requirement for those things, you are confusing the requirements for getting a tourist visa with getting a Non-B :)
