For 90 day reporting your manager would not need to go with you.

Also it seems that you would be going Immigration to try to Extend you current B Visa. Question - how long have you had your current B Visa. Is it a 90 day B Visa or an Extension of Stay you got a year ago based on your original 90 day B Visa?
