I provided my NYS incorporation paperwork which has my name and title, my personal bank statement, my passport, my pix, and that letter. 4 weeks later I had my DTV.
No having to prove money there for a period of time. No payroll records. No blood or sperm samples.
Write a letter to the embassy saying you are the president of the company, you are authorized to work remotely, all your business is within the US, and sign it with your title.
Then provide your corp paperwork showing you as an officer. Done. Real simple.
According to your post you cannot show financial movement from your company to you personally. No funds going from the company to you. They asked for pay history and you didn't provide. I don't know what you think a lawyer can do if you can't supply the requested documents.
Thats ok. An American would know better than to buy a bar for some girl you see on holidays in her home town. Her family will appreciate your donation.
Most Americans have enough real life experience to know better. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I just came back thru Bangkok from US on a DTV. Hit the Priority line because I fly business class. Right thru with no issues. Another guy 2 lines over was being asked all kinds of questions. After about 5 minutes they stamped him in.
I saw him at the luggage carousel and asked him about his interaction. Seems he just got his DTV for Mual Thai but also has a ton of prior entries over the years with a handful of exanswered.
I assume that was the main issue. I have always come in on a METV or was in and out in a few weeks without an extension. I also assume he is going to be a frequent question answerer.
This guy was a little loud and the "I have a visa you have to let me in" was not a good way to handle it. If that person is on here...Good luck in the future.
