I appreciate that. But if you search this topic in the group, it’s 50-50 on what that actually means 🤷‍♂️

There’s endless debates about whether it’s designed for people to live here to work or to not live here and work

I’m just asking for anybody else’s experience cause I’ve already done the border run for 180 days

For 99% of the people in this world is not that easy to just decide to go somewhere and spend some time traveling,. We have lives to live, people to take care of, jobs to do, money to make, etc.. It’s not like I’m rich or retired or living that millionaire lifestyle 🙌

Anonymous participant 411 Thanks again, I really appreciate it and didn’t think there would be any issues with this particular visa. I don’t think it’s doing anything wrong at all.

What I really need is advice on the best place to go to fly across the border to another country that is not Malaysia? Or she already been looking for tickets online, just not sure the quickest place to visit to do the border run?

Yes my friend, I’ve been doing my own Google searches and trying to find information on my own, but you know the Internet, it’s very confusing and nothing lines up

That’s why I turned here because it’s always created advice in this group. The only thing I’m expecting is for people to chime in if they have done a border run with their DTV and if they had any issues or where they went?

I really appreciate your input. I’m not looking to spend a few days in a different country, though. I’m just looking to cross the border get my stamp and come back in.

I’m seeking advice on whether anybody had issues on doing this and if they have done this with their DT visa, where did they go that was easy to fly to turn around and come right back without going on an unnecessarily long flight ?

Thanks for your advice, I greatly appreciate it. That’s kind of what I was thinking, isn’t the DTV visa a multiple entry visa? So there’s no problem flying across the border turning around and flying right back? Have you done this yourself?

Anonymous participant 411 Thank you for your reply. Are you saying that it’s unlikely I’ll have any issues being that it’s a DTV visa?
