that may not work for people who are travelling now and won't have saved up enough NOW. Especially if they get sick, injured, have passports stolen, miss flights in the coming weeks.

I have them being prepared. Because that's what I was told was needed as I have assets in all 3 countries. If no assets in Thailand ( or USA) then UK will would be sufficient to leave UK assets to anyone no matter where they live. The Thai one has hit a problem because of the condo.

I'm not going back over old posts. A few weeks ago I arrived to sort out all of this because my lawyer said 3 separate wills are needed. USA, UK, Thai.

no. I was told I'd need a will in all 3 countries. I have UK will. Meanwhile my son needs to remove his name from the condo.

why are you showing me this? The visa exempt is proposed to be extended to 60 days, it'll include UK. Despite you saying it won't.

he's come to his incorrect conclusion because the article uses the incorrect "visa free" words, as in free of the need for a visa, instead of Visa Exempt. So he's assumed it's something different, that excludes UK, which it isn't.
