Get a signed bank certificate and go to immigration yourself. 30k is if they lend you funds.

Is Grab taxi safe in Thailand? What are the recommendations?

Bolt is better than Grab, but both are safe. I prefer Bolt in Pattaya, but Grab was great in Bkk. Grab drivers are now seldom responding to low fare rides. Tip: Make sure the pin in Bolt app is placed correctly.
