I went into developer tools in IE11 and changed rendering to IE10, and was able to complete the process.

On line is hinky at best, crap at worst. Try again later and when your patience runs out go visit immigration.

Are you trying to report during the window of opportunity?

That's from 15 days before down until 7 days before your 90-day due date.

I am due for report on July 24, so the time frame is ok.

It would help if you mentioned what immigration office you report to. Also verify that you have done at least one before in person at that office.

I live in Bkk and went to Chaeng Wattana for my last 90-day reporting. So that is not the issue, the browser requirements is the problem here.

I second that. Some immigration offices have "opted out" of participating in the 90 online program.
