Just tried doing my 90-day report online. I get this error message. I am using IE11 and it’s within correct days. Try again later or just visit immigration?

I went into developer tools in IE11 and changed rendering to IE10, and was able to complete the process.

Are you trying to report during the window of opportunity?

That's from 15 days before down until 7 days before your 90-day due date.

It would help if you mentioned what immigration office you report to. Also verify that you have done at least one before in person at that office.

I live in Bkk and went to Chaeng Wattana for my last 90-day reporting. So that is not the issue, the browser requirements is the problem here.
