Can I report my 90-day stay in Thailand online or by mail for the first time?

in days I will have to report 90 days in Bangkok, I will try to do it online, but being my first time I do not know if I can do it. alternatively can I do it by mail (ems mail)? has anyone had experience? should I send all the documents two weeks before the deadline? thank you
