I have just receive an email from Nonthaburi Immigration advising that I need to file my 90 day report on the 28th December. My last 90 report was on the 3rdOctober and then I left Thailand and returned on a multiple re-Entry permit on the 13th November. From my entry into the country until 28/12 is only 76 days. Is this a new accounting method Immigration are applying ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user's concern about needing to file a 90-day report before completing 90 days in Thailand is clarified by community responses indicating that the 90-day report's timing resets upon each re-entry into the country, as confirmed by recent immigration responses. Community members emphasize that regardless of the number of exits, the reporting period is counted from the last arrival date.

I have exited the country four times in the last 10 months and have not done one 90 day report. I was told you need to be in the country 90 days before doing the report by Korat immigration officers or pre 14 days or post 7 days from the 90 day mark.

Ignore the email you received ...

The 90 days count was reset on the first day of your most recent arrival into Thailand .

it's normal, they have the latest online report made by you in the system. You must allow 90 days from your return to Thailand
