Sorry, but you immigration eservice, tm6 and section 38 apps don't work too?  I have tried both for Android and iOS, but cannot connect

yes, I tried to use the phone app about 6 weeks ago and it wasn't working then, I had to use the portal.

I prefer the app.

yep, those apps are having problems (and have been sketchy for a while)

Use the TM30 online program, and the 90 day online program from the immigration website

thanks, but there is no site online to put username and password as on the app, online you can only put reference number or passport number, right?

for the 90 day online you don't log in, you scroll down to the bottom of the terms, check the box and click accept
